Daily Fantasy Leagues are getting more and more and popular. Sites like Fanduel, Draftstreet and others are growing in users. Kevin Lewis will be providing his value picks each week to help you fill out your roster.
WR Jeremy Kerley(vs DET)- Eric Decker will likely be limited on Sunday afternoon with his hamstring issues. Kerley has seen 17 targets in the last two weeks and is the clear cut #1 target whenever Decker is on the sideline. With Decker being limited, and Detroit going through nickel backs like Derek Jeter goes through girlfriends(they are on their third in week 4), Kerley is a good bet for double digit targets.
WR Allen Robinson(@SD)- He looks like he’s gaining a rapport with new starter Blake Bortles and he is an athletic freak. The Jaguars likely will be trailing the majority of the day so there is plenty of appeal here as he’s a low cost/high upside play.
RB Khiry Robinson(@DAL)- Robinson was an underwhelming play last week as he had a pedestrian evening punctuated with him not scoring a TD. That said, this game should feature a ton of points and Robinson is likely going to be the goalline back. The Cowboys run defense is 20th in the NFL, so there should be ample opportunity for Robinson to leave his mark on this game.
WR Golden Tate(@NYJ)- Calvin Johnson is hobbled and should see a ton of bracket coverage, and the Jets let up a league low 2.9 YPC. Golden Tate hasn’t blown anyone away yet but he’s quietly on pace for 1070 yards. I think this is the week he finally gets in the endzone, and he should see a lot of Kyle Wilson who isn’t very good. This is has all the makings of a big game for Golden Tate.
QB Ben Roethlisberger(vs TB)- Look at the Buccaneers play football. That’s all that needs to be said here. Roethlisberger will put up nice numbers in this glorified scrimmage
QB Tony Romo(vs NO)- Romo hasn’t had to do much thus far in the young season as he has relied on the legs of DeMarco Murray who leads the NFL in carries. With that game shaping up as one that will feature a lot of points, Romo will probably have to drop back quite often on Sunday. As much as his physical decline and/or him playing hurt worries me, he has a lot of appeal in what could be a Sunday night shootout.
RB DeAngelo Williams(@BAL)- Baltimore defends the run pretty well but Williams is basically the lone soldier in the Carolina backfield at the moment. Jonathan Stewart is out and so is Mike Tolbert. It’s Williams’ backfield and there is a lot of appeal in the volume of touches he’s likely to get on Sunday.
