The wait is now over for Marshawn Lynch and his fantasy owners. Today he was traded to the Seattle Seahawks for a 2011 4th round pick and a conditional 2012 pick. The change of scenery should do him good and it appears the wait for his owners will pay off. He should be the starter immediately going into week 6 with Seattle having a bye this week. RB Justin Forsett should go back to his 3rd down and passing situation duties but don’t drop him just yet especially in PPR leagues he’ll still have some value. Lynch should be a solid flex play going forward. This means that C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson should split the load from this point on in Buffalo and both have value as flex plays especially in PPR leagues. SOURCE: Adam Schefter on Twitter
